Sivakarthikeyan's 'Maaveeran' certified U/A

Actor Sivakarthikeyan's much awaited upcoming film 'Maaveeran' directed by Madonne Ashwin of 'Mandela' fame, is gearing up for release on July 14, 2023. The latest is that the film, which promises to be a comedy-drama has been cleared by the Censor Board with an U/A certificate.
Sivakarthikeyan plays the role of a cartoonist in a local Tamil newspaper. While Aditi Shankar, plays Sivakarthikeyan's colleague, filmmaker Mysskin plays the main villain as a political leader in the film.

'Maaveeran' also has comedian Yogi Babu and popular YouTuber Monisha Blessy in important roles. While director Mysskin playing the antagonist in the film, veteran actress Sarita is playing Sivakarthikeyan's mother and Tollywood actor Sunil, is also part of the cast of the film.
The film which is gearing up for release on July 14, 2023 will be dubbed and released in Telugu as 'Mahaveerudu'.
