in the upcoming Nayanthara-starrer ‘Kolmaavu Kokila’, which is slated to release on August 10, 2019.


According to reports, Sivakarthikeyan apparently did not get any remuneration for penning the song. Instead, the actor reportedly asked the producers, Lyca Productions, to give his salary to the late lyricist Na Muthukumar’s family. This goodwill gesture by Sivakarthikeyan has already been winning the hearts of netizens. It must be noted that the two-time National Award winner Na Muthukumar passed away due to jaundice in 2016.


On the other hand, the song ‘Kalyaana Vayasu’, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, has become a sensational hit on the internet and has crossed more than 36 million views on YouTube. Directed by Nelson Dhilikumar, ‘Kolamaavu Kokila’ will see Nayanthara as a drug peddler.
