Sivakarthikeyan unveils the first look poster of GV Prakash Kumar's 'Kingston'

The film has consistently kept the spotlight on itself since its announcement, with its innovative genre. Now, with Sivakarthikeyan unveiling the first-look poster of the movie, expectations for the film have surged.

The 'Amaran' actor took to his X handle (formerly Twitter) to share the first-look poster of 'Kingston', featuring GV Prakash Kumar in a raw and striking avatar. The actor is depicted standing on the edge, pointing his torch towards the water's surface, with numerous hands rising from the water. While sharing the poster, Sivakarthikeyan wrote: “Glad to release the first look of #Kingston. Wishing dear @gvprakash and the entire team great success. Looking forward to watching this adventure fantasy on the big screen ��.”

The film, directed by debutant Kamal Prakash, stars GV Prakash Kumar and Divya Bharathi in the lead roles, supported by an ensemble cast including Antony, Chethan, Kumaravel, and Sabu Mohan, among others, in pivotal roles. Gokul Benoy is handling the cinematography, while GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music. Dhivek has penned the dialogues, with San Lokesh managing the editing and S.S. Moorthy serving as the art director.

GV Prakash is also venturing into production with this film, which marks his 25th project as an actor. The makers have announced that the film's teaser will be launched on January 9.
