Sivakarthikeyan enjoys Rajinikanth's 'Vettaiyan' in theatres with fans

Rajinikanth starrer 'Vettaiyan' was released in theatres on October 10, and the social drama arrived in theatres during this past Dussehra. Despite mixed reviews, fans have been enjoying the social drama well, while several celebrities have also watched Superstar's film and have shared their reviews on social media. Joining the bandwagon of superstars, Sivakarthikeyan has watched Rajinikanth's 'Vettaiyan' at a theatre in Chennai along with fans, and the latest picture of the 'Amaran' actor from a theatre has gone viral on social media. Sivakarthikeyan has once again proved that he is an ardent fan of Superstar Rajinikanth by enjoying the latter's latest release in theatres, and the former was seen loaded with joy as he enjoys his favorite actor's film.
Earlier, Vijay, Dhanush, Venkat Prabhu, Karthik Subbaraj, and several other Tamil cinema stars were seen watching Rajinikanth's 'Vettaiyan' in theatres. Rainy conditions in Chennai and other regions of Tamil Nadu have affected the last two-day box office collection of 'Vettaiyan' and the film is likely to peak over the second weekend. 'Vettaiyan' has successfully entered into its second week today (Oct 17) and the Rajinikanth starrer has retained most of its main screens for the following week.
Directed by TJ Gnanavel, Rajinikanth plays a cop in 'Vettaiyan' and the star-studded drama has Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Rana Daggubati, Dushara Vijayan, Ritika Singh, and Rakshan among others in important roles. Anirudh Ravichander's background score added a major bonus for the film, while the cinematography and editing were handled by SR Kathir and Philomin Raj. 'Vettaiyan' has successfully surpassed Rs 250 crore worldwide, and the film is heading towards the 300 crore mark.
