made her K-town debut with director Bala's 'Paradesi' in GV Prakash's movie. The singer-model, who currently shuttles between Chennai and Los Angeles is an Instagram influencer too. The young singer has strongly hit back at an online new report alleging that she has become addicted to alcohol.

Pragathi recently posted a glamorous photo of herself walking on a beach on her social networking page. The pictures has gone viral as more fans have been sharing it online. Meanwhile, this news report has alleged that the young singer has become addicted to alcohol and also been exposing her body in the name of modelling for money.
Pragathi has come out strongly against the report and said, "Don’t believe everything you read on the internet...to those of you messaging me to report the article / sue the media, it’s not worth any of our time or energy. to those of you being mean and terrible to me....(an upside-down emoji)". (sic)
In an earlier interview, Pragathi had said that modeling was something that came by chance. Apparently, after her stint in the popular singing reality show, Pragathi was started doing commercials and endorsements and many people reached out to do photo shoots and print modeling. The young singer took up the work as she loved being in front of the camera.
