Singer Mano honoured with a doctorate as he completes 38 years in the industry!

Singer Mano has been bestowed with an honorary doctorate for singing more than 25,000 songs in 15 Indian languages. Mano is a well-known singer and musician and he has also acted in supporting roles in few films. The singer just completed 38 years in the industry and was awarded with an honorary doctorate by the Richmond Gabriel University.

Singer Mano has been bestowed with an honorary doctorate for singing more than 25,000 songs in 15 Indian languages. Mano is a well-known singer and musician and he has also acted in supporting roles in few films. The singer just completed 38 years in the industry and was awarded with an honorary doctorate by the Richmond Gabriel University.
The singer took to Twitter to share the news. Posting a picture he wrote, “Bestowed with a doctorate by Richmond Gabriel University on my completion of more than 25k songs in 15 Indian languages and 38 years in the Indian music industry as a singer and musician. Humbled, Honoured, and Much Love to All Who Have Supported Me, All Always.”
Mano after receiving the doctorate, while speaking at the event, reportedly said that he is passionate about music and revealed that at the age of 14 he assisted music composer MS Vishwanath. Mano has also been a dubbing artist and has dubbed for Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan and Akshay Kumar.
