Simbu teases about his next film; Tweet explodes internet!

Actor Simbu was last seen in the film 'Pathu Thala' and he is now gearing up for the release of his film 'Thug Life' alongside Kamal Haasan. While his next project with director Desingh Periasamy has been delayed due to production issues, the actor is now said to sign up for his upcoming films with directors Jude Anthony Joseph and Ashwath Marimuthu.

On Saturday, the actor shared a cryptic twet which excited the audience and his fans. Updating about his next project venture, Simbu wrote, "Dum + Manmadhan + Vallavan + VTV in Gen Z mode = NAMBA NEXT!!!" The actor revelaed that his next film is a blend of all his superhits and also hinted that it will appeal the Gen Z audience. The official announcement for the same is awaited.

On the work front, Simbu's next 'STR 48' is said to be directed by Desingh Periyasamy but as Kamal Haasan stepped down from the production, there has been a delay in the film going on floors. The movie will have Simbu playing in dual roles. The actor is also awaiting the release of his film 'Thug Life' directed by Mani Ratnam. The epic period action is scheduled for a release next summer and the shooting for it was recently wrapped up. The cast of the film includes Kamal Haasan, Simbu, Trisha, Ashok Selvan, Joju George, Gautham Karthik, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Abhirami, Nasser, Sanya Malhotra, Pankaj Tripathi and Ali Fazal. The music for it is composed by AR Rahman.
