Silambarasan's 'Pathu Thala' shooting has been resumed in Mysore, and the team has reunited for the final schedule of the film. The major portions involving Silambarasan have been planned to be shot during the schedule. Silambarasan joined the shooting of 'Pathu Thala' yesterday, and he shared a couple of pictures from the set, where the actor is looking mass.
Directed by Obeli N Krishna, the 'Pathu Thala' shooting is expected to be wrapped by late August or early October. Gautham Karthik and Priya Bhavani Shankar are expected to join Silambarasan during the current schedule as they play crucial roles in the film. Silambarasan will be seen as a gangster in 'Pathu Thala', and he is reprising the role of Shiva Rajkumar in the Tamil remake of the Kannada film 'Mufti'.
Silambarasan recently completed dubbing for his portions in 'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu', which is directed by Gautham Menon, and the film's post-production work is underway steadily as the film is slated to hit the big screens on September 15. Sidhhi Idnani and Kayadu Lohar play key roles in 'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu', and the film marks Silambarasan's third film with Gautham Menon.
