Actor Silambarasan TR and Gautham Karthik-starrer 'Pathu Thala' directed by Obeli N Krishna of 'Sillunnu Oru Kadhal' fame is gearing up for release on March 30, 2023. With the trailer and audio of the film launched recently, the film promotions are currently underway. Meanwhile, the film has been cleared by the Censor Board with an U/A certificate.
The film is the Tamil remake of 'Mufti', which also stars Priya Bhavani Shankar, Madras fame Kalaiarasan, Manushiyaputhiran and Asuran fame Teejay.
Silambarasan TR will be seen as a gangster AGR and it's going to be a powerful role for the actor for sure. While Simbu plays the underworld gangster, Gautham Karthik plays the role of a cop. The film also marks the reunion of the director with AR Rahman 15 years after Sillunu Oru Kadhal.
