Sibiraj's 'Maayon' to have a sequel; makers confirm

Directed by Kishore, 'Maayon' featuring Sibiraj, Tanya Ravichandran, and KS Ravikumar was released last Friday, June 24 and the film is doing extremely well at the box office. Witnessing the positive response from the audience the makers of the film have announced the film's sequel and that chapter 2 will be much bigger and better.


A grand visual treat with thrills and twists waits for fans in 'Maayon: Chapter 2', and the shooting of the film is to begin soon. The makers have also slated the film for Diwali 2023. The film will be released at the Pan India level and will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. On the other hand. makers are yet to confirm the stars and director for 'Maayon: Chapter 2', and it seems a huge surprise is loading from the team.

Earlier, Sibiraj, who played the lead role in 'Maayon: Chapter 1' was overwhelmed with the response of the fans to the film and gifted a gold chain to the film's director Kishore.
