Shruti on the success of Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram': For any film to do this well post pandemic is just fabulous

Shruti Haasan was all smiles talking about the success of her dad Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram' which was one of the most anticipated films of the year. "I am really happy for him and it is really good for the business. Especially post the pandemic, for any film to do this well is just absolutely fabulous," says Shruti when asked about the success of 'Vikram'.

Shruti is not able to pick any particular scene as her favorite, but gives a thumbs up to the entire film. "I can't pick one scene as it is an overall good film. I liked the director's earlier work and for this film as well. Lokesh is a really gifted filmmaker and his storytelling is outstanding. So I can't pick one moment which I liked the most," admits the actress.

On being asked what was her first reaction after watching the film, the charming actress replies, "I was happy and congratulated him after watching the film and in return, he expressed his gratitude."

Shruti Haasan's last Tamil film was 'Laabam', directed by SP Jananathan.
