Shruti Haasan attacked

Kamal Haasan���s elder daughter and actress Shruti Haasan was attacked early in the morning today at her residence by an unknown person. Reports say that the 7aum Arivu actress answered her door bell around 9.30 in the morning, when this stranger forced his way into her home and tried to strangulate her.
The actress, however, fought back and pushed him away and slammed the door on his palm.In the struggle, the attacker���s hand is believed to have got jammed in the door. Though the actress is shaken by the incident, she is safe. The attacker is said to be obsessed fan of the actress. The actress, in the meantime, posted on her micro-blogging site late in the night, ���I���m doing fine and thankyou for the concern.���
