Shruthi plays a sales girl in her next

Shruthi Ramakrishna, who was last seen in 144 opposite Ashok Selvan, will be playing a sales girl in her next, Enga Kaatula Mazhai. Talking about the film, she says, ���It is a romantic comedy. The film revolves around a guy, who is struggling to find work. He resorts to making quick money, but he gets trapped between a rowdy and a police officer. How he escapes the situation forms the crux.I play his love interest... a sales girl who works in a mall.���
The film is directed by Sribalaji of Kullanari Koottam fame and has actor Mithun in the lead. ���We shot the film in Chennai and Pondicherry. We also filmed some songs in Malaysia. Sribalaji sir is far by the best director that I���ve worked with. He never puts pressure on the actors, and yet gets the best out of us,��� she says. Shruthi also has Kavalai Vendam, Sigai and Aalukku Paathi 50-50.
