Shooting of Sandakkari now happening in Kerala

That Vemal and Shriya are doing the Tamil remake of Malayalam film My Boss’s remake is known. The film which has been directed by R Madhesh, has cinematography by Gurudev, music by Amreesh and action by Kanal Kannan.Prabhu, Sathyan, Mahanadi Shankar and Rekha among others play crucial roles in the movie. The first schedule of the movie was completed in New York, Venice, London, etc, and the remaining portions are said to be shot in Kochi, Goa, Karaikudi, and so on.
Madhesh, who last directed Trisha-starrer Mohini, says, “Sandakkari is a thorough entertainer which has ample comedy and action, aimed at family audience.The shooting is currently happening at Kerala.”
Shriya was last seen in Simbu-starrer Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan and has Karthick Naren’s Naragasooran awaiting release. Interestingly, the original version of My Boss, which had Papanasam fame Jeethu Joseph at the helm, had Dileep and Mamta Mohandas in lead roles. Kabilan and Vivek have written lyrics for the movie which has editing by Dinesh and dance choreography by Habeeb.
