Shiva’s next ‘Kasethan Kadavulada’ gets a release date

The remake of the old Tamil classic 1972 movie ‘Kasethan Kadavulada’ is done by director R Kannan. The movie features Shiva, Yogi Babu, Karunakaran, Priya Anand, and Urvashi in the lead roles. Shivaangi, VTV Ganesh, and Pugazh are part of the supporting cast of the movie.
The trailer of the film was launched in July 2022 and now the makers have decided that the movie will be released in theatres on October 7.
The movie revolves around a young man who partners with his friend and cousin to loot big money from his stepmother. Shiva along with his cousin – played by Yogi Babu and friend -Karunakaran plans to steal money from his stepmother – played by Urvashi.
Shiva plays his role casually and tries to attract the mass audience with his acting skills. Reportedly, the film is not a complete remake of the 1972 movie, a few changes to the plot and storyline are made based on the movie audience’s taste. The music for the movie is composed by N Kannan.
