Shiva's 'Kasethan Kadavulada' gets a new release date

Actor Shiva has acted in multiple Tamil films, namely 'Tamizh Padam', 'Chennai 600028," and 'Vanakkam Chennai'. His next film, 'Kasethan Kadavulada," is now releasing after a long wait. The film was initially set to release last year, but after multiple delays, the makers have now announced a new release date.The movie, which was earlier scheduled to release on May 12, will now be released in theatres on May 26.Taking to social media, the movie makers announced the new release date of the film.Directed by R. Kannan, 'Kasethan Kadavulada' is the 1972 Tamil classic film with the same title. This is not the first time Shiva is playing the lead role in a remake Tamil film; he had earlier played the lead role in the remake of Ranjinikanth's 'Thillu Mullu'. The film stars Urvashi, Yogi Babu, Priya Anand, and Karunakaran in the lead roles. The film's trailer was launched in July last year. The movie is about a young man who partners with his cousin and friend to steal all the wealth from his stepmother.
