Bhagyaraj's mother Subbalakshmi Jayaram, aged 85 years, passed away owing to illness.
Shanthnu Bhagyaraj took to his social media to pen down an emotional note for his late grandmother.
He shared pictures with his grandmother and wrote a heartfelt note saying that he wished she'd stayed longer. His note read, "Ajji, I’m more than shattered that you have left us. I really wished you stayed longer, but I know you are in a happier space beside your beloved husband, my baba. You’ve left an empty space in my life which will always remain empty. Pls watch over us. I love you and will always miss you. My dearest Ajji."
Poornima, too, took to social media to post about her dear mother. She said, "It is with a heavy heart that I have to say that I lost my dear mother today. A mother who so selflessly spent all her life for me. Ma, I’ll really miss you so much." Subbalakshmi is survived by Poornima and her son Sriram.
