According to Asianet, director Shankar’s net worth is estimated at around Rs 200 crore. He owns multiple properties in Chennai, including his lavish residence, which is valued between R 6 to 8 crore. In addition to real estate investments, Shankar has diversified his assets by investing in various business ventures. He is known for his love of luxury cars and possesses an impressive collection, including a Rolls-Royce Ghost, BMW, and Audi. Apart from his earnings as a filmmaker, he is also said to hold shares in select companies, further strengthening his financial portfolio.
