Senthil and his family members hospitalised after testing positive for COVID-19

Veteran Tamil comedian Senthil has tested positive for COVID-19 and is admitted to a private hospital. Actor Senthil was involved in an intense campaign during the recently held Tamil Nadu assembly election and traveled across places in the state. In this condition, he had corona symptoms and tested positive. Not only Senthil, his wife, son, and daughter-in-law also tested COVID-19 positive and were admitted to the same private hospital in Chennai.Senthil's condition continues to improve, and he is expected to return home in two or three days.
Senthil has acted in over 250 films in Tamil, and his comedy scenes with Goundamani are being celebrated by fans. Senthil is next playing the lead role in a rural drama, which is being directed by 'Oru Kidayin Karunai Manu' fame Suresh Sangaiah. The shooting of the film was wrapped up recently, and pictures of Senthil from the shooting spot went viral. Reportedly, Senthil plays a prisoner who returns to his village after being sentenced to life in prison.
