Sasikumar completes Nadodigal 2 shooting!

and Samuthirakani who had teamed up once again for ‘

Nadodigal 2

’, a sequel to the superhit Tamil film of the same name, have wrapped the shooting for the film. The film stars Sasikumar, Bharani, Athyulya in the lead, while actors MS Baskar, Namo Narayana, Gnanasambandham, Super Subbarayan, Thulasi and Sri Ranjani will play important roles in the film.Music composer Justin Prabhakaran will be scoring for the film. Directed by Samuthirakani, ‘Nadodigal 2’ is slated to release this summer.


Set in Rajapalayam, the first part revolved around the lives of close friends. Reports suggest that the makers have retained most of the elements that worked in ‘Nadodigal’. Justin Prabhakaran of 'Pannaiyarum Padminiyum' fame is composing the music for the film while Ekambaran has cranked the camera.
