Sashikanth pens an emotional note on #10YearsOfThamizhPadam

Thamizh Padam was a one-of-its-kind spoof film which turned out to be a never-before-seen experience for Tamil movie buffs. The film, which made Shiva quite popular, had a sequel in 2018, titled Thamizh Padam 2, directed by CS Amudhan who was at the helm of the first part, too.
Sashikanth, the producer of the movie, took to Twitter to write a long emotional note as the film completes 10 years on January 29.He tweeted, “There have been ups & down, like any ride should be .... but it’s been full filling & fun. To all those of you who have been part of it, specially during the low times .... ThankYou. Here’s to the next 10. Cheers.”

He also attached the note in which he narrated his 10-year journey in the film industry. It had him expressing happiness for being part of projects like Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi, Vaayai Moodi Pesavum, Kaaviya Thalaivan, Irudhi Suttru and Vikram Vedha among others. He also added that this year, his production company is coming up with movies like Vaanam Kottatum, Dhanush-Karthik Subbaraj project, Aelay, Mandela and more.
