Sarkar Audience Review: Ilayathalapthy Vijay's 'Sarkar' creates a record-breaking opening worldwide

The most anticipated movie of the year, Ilayathalapathy's 'Sarkar' has finally hit the screens to a massive reception from all the Vijay fans across the globe. In fact, the fans of the star are celebrating the festival of lights, Deepavali as 'Sarkar Deepavali'. Sarkar has been reportedly released over 3500 theatres worldwide.

and Vijay's third collaboration after two previous blockbusters like 'Thupakki and Kaththi'. Oscar winner 'Isai Puyal' AR Rahman has composed music for the film while Girish Gangadharan has cranked the camera while Sreekar Prasad takes care of the cuts.



The film is produced by Kalanithi Maran of Sun Pictures and the film features Keerthy Suresh, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Radha Ravi, Yogi Babu and others.

First day First Show celebrations.A large number of fans have begun their 'Sarkar' kondattam even before their sunrise with early morning shows was screened at 4 and 4:30 AM in few theatres against the government order. One such theatre was Rohini Silver Screens released a video which was posted by Sun Pictures on Twitter


'Sarkar'received a massive opening with tremendous celebrations even in other states like Karnataka and Kerala.

The movie is receiving a positive response from the film fraternity. Actor-producer Udhayanidhi Stalin wished luck to the Sarkar team on Twitter after catching the preview show.



Director Atlee who have back to back hits with Vijay wished the team a great success.




Varalakshmi Sarathkumar posted a video from Vetri theatre in Chennai, where she watched the early morning show with fans. The theatre is known to be Vijay's 'fort' as all his movies get a huge opening here.
