Sarath Kumar's next titled 'Aazhi'

Sarath Kumar's next film is directed by Madhav Ramadasan, with 888 Productions and Celluloid Creations bankrolling the film. The first look poster of the film, which has been 'Aazhi', was released by Vijay Sethupathi through his social networking page, on the occasion of Sarath Kumar birthday today (July 14).
The first look poster features the actor sporting a long beard with a serious & intense look on his face along with a backdrop of an ocean.Looks like the film will be dealing with drugs as the poster mentions ‘Say no to drugs’.
Releasing the first look poster of the film, Vijay Sethupathi posted, "Happy to release the First Look of @888productionhouse #ProductionNo1 starring @realsarathkumar on his Birthday titled #ஆழி #Aazhi. Best Wishes To The Team." (sic)

Meanwhile, Sarath Kumar is also part of several upcoming projects, including director Mani Ratnam's historical drama Ponniyin Selvan. He is also part of Vijay’s 66th film helmed by national award-winning director Vamshi Paidipally, which has been titled 'Varisu'.
