Santhanam’s 'DD Returns' trailer

Santhanam’s upcoming film 'DD Returns' with debutant director Prem Anand is gearing up for release on July 28, 2023. Billed as a horror-comedy, the film's story revolves around a bunch of people who get trapped in an old building that is possessed by spirits. With the film gearing up for release, the makers have released the trailer of the horror comedy, which has actress Surbhi of 'Velaiilla Pattadhari' playing the female lead.
The close to two and a half minute trailer is underwhelming with tacky VFX shots and Santhanam leading the way with his quick one-liners. 'DD Returns' is the third film in the 'Dhilluku Dhuddu' franchise, including 'Dhilluku Dhuddu 1' in 2016 and 'Dhilluku Dhuddu 2' in 2019, while DD stands for Dare Demons in this film.

Redin Kingsley, Maaran, Rajendran, FEFSI Vijayan, Masoom Shankar and Pradeep Rawat are among the supporting cast of this film, which has Deepak Kumar Padhy as the cinematographer, and OfRo as the composer.
