Santhanam wouln't have existed if not for Vivekh: Simbu

Actor Simbu graced the trailer and audio launch of Vivekh and Devyani's 'Ezhumin', which is based on children. It is about the lives of children and their future. The star actor who is busy shooting for his upcoming film 'Chekka Chivantha Vaanam' directed by Mani Ratnam, made time to attend the event and had some words of praise for actor Vivekh.
Talking about his generosity and good heart, Simbu said, "Once, Vivekh sir was acting in a film as the hero.The producer was also making a movie where I was the hero. I wanted to introduce a comedian in the film. The producer wanted to go with Vivekh sir, since it was his peak. But, Vivekh convinced the producer to go with my choice."
Revealing who the young comedian then was, Simbu said, "That's how Santham came into the film industry. If not for Vivekh, we would have missed Santhanam in films."
Actors Simbu, Vishal and Karthi were present at the launch of the trailer.
