Aram as a film has elevated the star value of
Nayanthara in
Kollywood
industry and it was said that lady superstar is going to join hands with
Gopi Nainar again for
Aram-2
. Meanwhile, there is a speculation in the industry that
Samantha is going to replace Nayanthara in the project.
Gopi Nainar has narrated a story to Samantha and it is said that it is a female-centric movie like Aram. Gopi Nainar has confirmed that Samantha is featuring in his next film. Gopi Nainar is currently filming his second project featuring Jai, Aishwarya Rajesh and Mahima Nambiar in the lead roles and this film is said to be a script based on football.
Samantha is gearing up for the theatrical release of Oh Baby directed by B.V Nandini Reddy which is scheduled to hit the screens on July 5th. She is also shooting for her next Telugu film, the remake of Vijay Sethupathi - Trisha starrer 96. But Samantha in Aram-2 is just a speculation and the project may be a fresh script for her.
