Sam to act with the Akkinenis!

Director Vikram Kumar (of Yaavarum Nalam fame) is currently working on finalising the cast of his much-hyped Thrayam, which stars the three generations of Akkineni family ��� veteran actor Nageswar Rao, his son Nagarjuna, and his grandson Naga Chaitanya. We had earlier reported that he had approached Samantha to play the lead in the film. Now, we hear that he has officially roped in the actress.Vikram says, ���The film will go on floors in December, and we are looking at an August release. Samantha will be playing one of the leads. We are still finalising the other heroine for this film.���Samantha���s spokesperson confirms, ���Though she hasn���t signed on the dotted line yet, she likes the story. Her character is quite interesting, and she will, in all probability, be doing this film.���Vikram had earlier said, ���Thrayamis likely to be made as a Tamil-Telugu bilingual, and all the characters will have equal screen time. I���m glad I could get them (the Akkinenis) to act together.���
