Sam CS gets experimental for '100'

He might be teaming up with Sam Anton for the first time, but composer Sam CS tells us that the two got along well while working on 100. The cop thriller, which stars Atharvaa and Hansika in the lead, is set for a May release.
Talking at a press conference, Sam CS said, “People might think it will be a stereotypical cop movie, but the script is very fresh and there are a lot of unique elements in it.I was instantly drawn to the script when Sam Anton narrated it to me. The treatment is completely unique and it has all that elements that can attract family audiences. I am thankful to Sam Anton for giving me an opportunity and complete freedom to experiment with new musical zones. Atharvaa, Hansika and everyone in the team have given their best. This is definitely going to be a landmark film for him.”
Mahesh, who has produced the film, added, “This is a dream come true for me as the film marks my debut as a producer. So far, I have distributed many movies and it’s been a dream to produce one. Sam Anton and I share a good relationship from our college days. I’m sure that the film will bring out the best in everyone who has been part of it.”
Krishnan Vasant, who’s handled the cinematography, said, “Although Sam Anton’s previous films were humour-based, it was so refreshing to hear how he’s treated the scenes in 100 differently.”
The film, which also stars Yogi Babu, has Atharvaa playing the cop for the first time.
