'Saiva Komali' is comedy thriller with a message

, an associate of Dharani, is making his debut with the comedy thriller

Saiva Komali

, which he says condemns violence against women. ���I was inspired by a recent spree of murders in the city involving women for this story,��� reveals Suresh, who says that he has tried to convey a message through this film ��� that it is society���s attitude that turns a person into a psycho or a joker, and so, it should be sensitive to an individual���s emotions.

The cast includes Rajkumar of Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom fame, Mottai Rajendran, and Rehana. Ranjith, a TV anchor who has done an acting course in Bangalore, plays the role of a psycho, while Power Star Srinivasan will be seen as a ���comedy police���. The director says that a song by

will be a highlight. ���He has written and sung a number praising the importance of the 108 ambulance,��� reveals Suresh.
