According to Sadaa, her character in P Vasus Puli Vesham, in which she shares screenspace with Karthik and RK, is both influential and mysterious.
Its been quite a while since we last saw Sadaa in Tamil films. Though the actress has had a string of releases in Telugu and Kannada, she was last seen playing a powerful character in Unnale Unnale, directed by the late Jeeva. But, the pretty actress assures us that the wait will be worthwhile because her character in director P Vasus forthcoming film Puli Vesham, in which she shares screenspace with Karthik and RK, is both influential and mysterious.
I had never imagined that Id get to portray a character as powerful as the one Im doing in Puli Vesham in my career. My role took me by surprise when I heard Vasu sirs narration. It has given me a new perspective and Im sure this film will be a milestone in my career as an actress, she says with confidence. Refusing to disclose details about her character, she says rather gingerly, Ive been asked to hold back by P Vasu and not reveal anything about the film or my character. I can say that I play a pivotal role in film, which is a far cry from the clichd portrayal of heroines. I wouldnt be wrong in saying that my character provides the twist in the tale and an element of surprise. Sadaa is also glad she was finally able to work with Vasu. I missed working with him three times in films like Aptharakshaka. But guess I got lucky the fourth time, she smiles as she signs off. Follow us on Twitter for more stories
