Director Hari and
Vikram are all set for the grand release of the forthcoming actioner ‘
Saamy Square
’. The film, which went on the floors earlier this year, has finally been wrapped. On Monday, the makers hosted a grand audio launch of ‘Saamy Square’, which saw the presence of a host of celebrities from the industry.
At the audio launch, Hari confirmed that the film would be hitting the screens in September this year. The date, however, is yet to be finalised and an official confirmation on the same is expected soon. Interestingly, Vikram, at the audio launch, stated that ‘Saamy Square’ will be an important commercial films in the likes of ‘Dhill’, ‘Dhool’ and ‘Saamy’.
On the other hand, actresses Keerthy Suresh and Aishwarya Rajesh spoke about their mutual admiration for eachother. A sequel to the blockbuster entertainer that released in 2003, ‘Saamy Square’ also stars actors
Bobby Simha,
John Vijay, Prabhu and Soori in important roles. Rockstar
Devi Sri Prasad has been roped in to handle music. ‘Saamy Square’ has five songs in the album. Produced by Shibu Thameens, ‘Saamy Square’ will see Vikram returning as the foul-mouthed cop Aarusaamy.
