Rummy stars the Sundarapandian duo Vijay Sethupathi and Inigo Prabhakaran in the lead.
After serving as a production controller for director Lingusamy since Anandham and appearing in supporting roles in films like Mouna Guru and Naan Mahaan Alla, Balakrishnan is now turning director with Rummy, which stars the Sundarapandian duo Vijay Sethupathi and Inigo Prabhakaran in the lead.
���The film takes place between the years 1987 and 1990, a time when private colleges weren���t a craze as they are today.
The heroes, who hail from different villages, meet in a government college and become thick friends. The movie is about their friendship and romances and will have humour and action as well,��� says Balakrishnan.
