Regina Cassandra reveals how she preps for a role

In a career spanning over a decade, Regina Cassandra has made a name for herself as a versatile, bankable actress. The youngster is known for playing a variety of roles – from a cheerful girl-next-door to a drug addict and even a tech-savvy hacker – in her films across.
Now, in one of her OTT shows, Regina has played an Air Force officer. The actress, we hear, prepared extensively so she could fit the part perfectly.
Talking about how she prepped for the part, Regina says, “I had always been a disciplined person, so that helped me with my diets and workouts. The role demanded much dedication, for some reason it all came very naturally to me. I enjoyed putting all those. I also strived to understand the life of the people that served in defence to help myself better the role and deliver more genuineness.”
On the work front, Regina has a bunch of films in Tamil and Telugu in various stages of production, including Soorpanagai, Karungaapiyam and Borrder. The actress also keeps busy with various sports, like surfing and cycling
