Ravi-Jiiva's film gets a title

Acclaimed cinematographer Ravi K Chandran's directorial debut, which has Jiiva playing the lead, has finally got a title ' Yaan!
While your mind goes for the most obvious pun, let's inform you that the word means 'Me' in Tamil. The film is said to be a commercial entertainer. Yaan is being produced by Elred Kumar and Jayaraman, who were behind hits like Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa and Ko.
Meanwhile, we hear that the team is now busy finalizing the rest of the cast and crew. While Ravi's assistant is handling the camera, talks are on with top composers in Kollywood. As for the female lead, we learn that it will definitely be a Bollywood face.
'We are currently in talks with five actresses in Bollywood and will zero in on one of them by next week,' is all Elred Kumar is willing to reveal at the moment.
The film is going on the floors by the first week of August.
