On March 14, Rathna Kumar took to his X handle and gave fans a glimpse of Lokesh's 38th birthday celebration. They had a two-storey black and white cake adorned with 'LCU' and 'DC' written on it, along with a depiction of a gun and bullets.Rathna Kumar added a brotherhood vibe to the post by sharing their birthday party look, where Lokesh looked charming in a white shirt.

Kumar wrote, “Happy Birthday da ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Love you loads @Dir_Lokesh.” LCU refers to the 'Lokesh Cinematic Universe', which currently consists of three movies: 'Kaithi' starring Karthi, 'Vikram' starring Kamal Haasan, and 'Leo' starring Thalapathy.

Lokesh and Rathna Kumar worked as co-writers on the successful film 'Leo', starring Thalapathy Vijay. Released on October 19, 2023, the movie became the third highest-grossing Tamil film of all time.
