Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra replied to Suriya's Instagram even before the reports about his union with the actor started to arrive, since the reply was made eight weeks ago.
However, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's union with Suriya is almost confirmed now, and the South Indian actor is set to make his Hindi debut grandly soon. The official announcement regarding the film is expected to be made once the final documents are settled, and the film might start rolling in early 2024.
Suriya is currently filming for the periodic drama 'Kanguva' with director Siruthai Siva, and the film's shooting is progressing firmly. The periodic portion of the film has been planned to be filmed next, and the next schedule is to commence shortly on the set erected in a film city in Chennai. Disha Patani plays the female lead opposite Suriya, and the mega-budget film is planned to be released in 10 Indian languages.
