Rajkiran debuted as hero with
Kasthuri Raja’s 'En Rasavin Manasile', which the actor produced, too. Now, a sequel to
En Rasavin Manasile
is being announced and the movie will be helmed by Rajkiran's son and debutant Tipu Sultan Nainar Muhammed. Titled 'En Rasavin Manasile-2,' the movie's scripting is underway.
Announcing the news, Rajkiran wrote on his Facebook that his son Nainar Muhammed is turning 20 today and he had completed the story for the second part of the hit movie 'En Rasavin Manasile' and is busy with the script work. He requested everyone to pray for his son so that he becomes a successful director.
In fact, actress
Meena and actor Vadivelu debuted in films with his 'En Rasavin Manasile'. The movie's songs were composed by
Illayaraja
and they are considered evergreen songs, to date.
Rajkiran, who has done several memorable roles has never done a negative role and he has clarified that he would not play menacing characters on screen. In the last couple of years, Rajkiran's acting in 'Paa Pandi' directed by
Dhanush was much appreciated.
Besides being an actor and producer, Rajkiran is a director, too, and has directed
Aranmanai Kili
in 1993 and the film was a blockbuster.
