Rajinikanth will be shooting for his daughter's directorial for another two weeks as she has planned to shoot sequences with Rajnikanth at various places in Chennai and Pondicherry in the upcoming days.
Meanwhile, fans are super excited as they might witness the Superstar at some public places as the film is planned to be shot at live locations.
Rajinikanth earlier completed filming for a minor portion of 'Lal Salaam' in Mumbai, and he will be seen as a Muslim man named Moideen Bhai. Rajinikanth's first look from 'Lal Salaam' was unveiled by the makers earlier, and it received a severe backlash from fans for the poster's poor design.
'Lal Salaam' is reported to be a sports drama set against a cricket backdrop, and the film will have
Vishnu Vishal and
Vikranth in lead roles. Rajinikanth will be appearing in an extended cameo role, while Jeevith Rajashekar plays a crucial role. AR Rahman is scoring the music, and the film is planned to have a pan-Indian release.
