Superstar Rajinikanth would not have imagined even in his wildest dreams that a fake news of his death would be circulating all over the internet, even when is shooting for director Shankar's '2,o' (sequel to Endhiran). An online news portal initially posted that the star actor had passed away due to a heart attack, which they later removed and carried an article saying some news website has created a rumour about Rajinikanth's death using the fact that the superstar has been in the U.S for the past one month.
His publicist has clarified that Rajinikanth is well health-wise. "Rajinikanth sir is absolutely fine. He is vacationing in the US and is expected is return soon. Due to rigorous shooting schedule, doctors had advised him to take a break. Hence, he decided to go on a holiday," said the publicist.
This is not the first time that such a rumour has been circulated. The superstar, who was hospitalized for allergic bronchitis and viral fever in 2011, face a similar situation a fake news of his death was circulating all over the internet.
