Rajinikanth fans on 'moun vrat' as they hope for 'Jailer' success

Actor Rajinikanth's most anticipated film, 'Jailer' has been released in theatres today. The film has been receiving a lot of positive reviews and the second show of the day is underway. The film's FDFS was screened at 9am and many film fraternities watched the film in theatres along with fans. While celebrating the movie release, fans of the actor also took a vow of silence for few minutes and showered petals on the movie poster.

'Jailer' has been released in 900 screens in Tamil Nadu and the movie has managed to make Rs 15 crore from advance ticket booking for day 1. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, 'Jailer' is an action entertainer and the movie stars Rajinikanth, Tamannah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, Vinayak, Shiva Rajkumar, Sunil, Vasanth Ravi, Mirna Menon and Yogi Babu. The music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
