Jr NTR, is being dubbed in Tamil and will be release soon in theatres in Tamil Nadu. Now, the team behind this dubbed film, which has been titled
Vijayan, have announced that the film will hit screens on
January 3
, 2020. The makers had earlier announced that the film will be released worldwide on November 29.
The original film was a blockbuster at the box office. It was also later dubbed into Hindi as Lok Parlok in 2008. The film has Priyamani,
Mohan Babu, Khushbu, Ramba, Mamta Mohandas, and Brahmanandam in prominent roles. Its crew was the same one as that worked on the Baahubali films. MM Keeravani had composed the music, and the cinematography was by KK Senthilkumar. The story was written by KV Vijayendra Prasad, Rajamouli's father.
The story revolved around the Yama-Logam and Earth, and how the protagonist proves to be more than a handful for Yama himself. The Tamil dialogues are written by ARK Rajarajaa. The Tamil version is produced by Saptha Kanni Amman Creations M Jeyakeerthi and Revathy Mega Vannan.
