Raghuvaran and Rohini have acted together in three films, which includes 'Kakka' & 'Rugma' in Malayalam and 'Thotta Chinungi' in Tamil. Raghuvaran is known for his film like Samsaram Adhu Minsaram, Aaha and several movies with Rajnikanth, including Siva, Raja Chinna Roja, Muthu, Baasha, Arunachalam and Sivaji.

Ezhavadhu Manithan, and won rave reviews for his performance in Oru Manidhanin Kathai. He married actress Rohini in 1996 and later separated and divorced in 2004.
