During a press meet in Chennai, the superstar actor reportedly stated that he was unaware of the Hema Committee. In response, Radhika Sarathkumar remarked that Rajinikanth might not be fully informed about the issue, adding that had he been aware, he would likely have commented on it.

She further expressed concern over the silence of other prominent actors, warning that it could set a negative precedent. The veteran actress urged her colleagues to speak out and show solidarity with women who have been wronged in the industry.

Earlier, Radhika Sarathkumar revealed that hidden cameras were found in the vanity vans of Malayalam actresses, and she explained how the special investigation team reached out to her four days ago. She has been proactive in addressing the issue since then.

Radhika also pointed out that women often hesitate to report harassment immediately because they doubt whether even one person will listen, let alone take action to prevent such incidents in the future. Radhika Sarathkumar has played prominent roles in the Malayalam films 'Ramaleela', and 'Ittymaani Made in China'.
