Priyanka Mohan to play the female lead in Vijay's 'Thalapathy 68'?

The buzz around Vijay's 'Thalapathy 68' directed by Venkat Prabhu doesn't seem to die down even one bit. Ever since the project was announce, the fans have been talking about the film's possible story, cast and crew as well. With the pre-production work of the film going on in full swing, the latest is that, actress Priyanka Mohan is most likely to pair up with Vijay as the female lead. According to reports, director Venkat Prabhu wanted to cast a new actress who hasn't acted with Vijay earlier and has so opted for Priyanka Mohan, who has impressed with her performance in 'Doctor', 'Etharkkum Thunindhavan' and 'Don' in Tamil. Recently, pictures of actor Vijay from Los Angeles from the VFX studio has got the fans excited as well. Meanwhile, yesteryear heroine Simran, who ruled the roost in the 90s and early 2000s, is likely to be to play another female lead in the film. The film is said to be a complete action thriller, that will have Vijay playing dual roles. While Priyanka Mohan will be paired opposite the younger Vijay, Simran the older Vijay's pair in 'Thalapathy 68'.Meanwhile, Priyanka Mohan will soon be seen in Dhanush-starrer 'Captain Miller' directed by Arun Matheswaran.
