Priyanka Mohan is now Korea Tourism's honorary ambassador
The actress, who headlined the Tamil series Made In Korea, a show that explored Korean culture and was extensively shot in the country, shared her gratitude on her social media handles.
After being a special invitee at the state banquet hosted by President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan in honour of South Korean President Lee Jae-myung in April, Priyanka Mohan has now been appointed as the Honorary Ambassador for Korea Tourism. The actress, who headlined the Tamil series Made In Korea, a show that explored Korean culture and was extensively shot in the country, shared her gratitude on her social media handles.Expressing her excitement, Priyanka wrote, “Beyond grateful for this incredible honour. Being appointed as the Honorary Ambassador for Korea Tourism is truly very special to me. I'm sincerely thankful to the Korean government and the Korea Tourism Organization for recognising me as someone who can help bring Korean culture closer to Indian audiences (sic)”
