The actress is married to

Mustafa Raj

, an event organiser, and in a recent interaction, she revealed that her career success is due to her family. She added that Mustafa is her pillar of support. She recalled that she joined shooting three days after her wedding and work has been keeping her busy. However, she added that the COVID-19 pandemic has provided her the much needed time to spend with family, and mentioned that this is the first time she got to spend three months continuously with the family. Mentioning that her husband helps her in a lot of ways, she said that she too helps him in his creative work in Mumbai. While many actresses choose not to continue a career in films, fans are upbeat that Priyamani is very much active even after wedding in films and also as judge in reality shows.

Priyamani who has worked in all the south Indian language films has also done movies in Bollywood. On the film front, she is busy with projects like Virata Parvam 1992, Naarappa, Sirivenella, Dr.56 and Maidaan.
