Actor Prasanna takes off on a pilgrimage, ahead of his upcoming release. Actor Prasanna, who is all geared up for his next release Muran, which also stars actor-director Cheran, seems to have taken time out from the promotions of the film to embark upon a pilgrimage to
Sabarimala. The actor tweeted on his social networking page, "Did the max we cud for Muran! Now prayer time! Me Off to sabari malai.
Swaamiye saranam."
The film which hits the screens on September 23, will star Prasanna and Cheran in lead roles. While Prasanna's character is said to be an out-and-out stylish role, Cheran's is touted to be the exact opposite. In fact, the actor claims to have lost up to seven kilos for the film. The female lead in the film will be essayed by Haripriya. Muran, which is said to be loosely based on Alfred Hitchcock's psychological thriller Strangers on a train, is directed by first time director Rajan Madhav. Cheran has co-produced this film, which has music by the director's brother Sajan Madhav.
