Puducherry Chief Minister reportedly met actor
Vijay at his residence in Panayur on Saturday. A discussion was held at the actor’s house to discuss the urban local body elections that are upcoming in Tamil Nadu. According to media reports, the actor and the Chief Minister were in the meeting for more than an hour. It is speculated that the Chief Minister of the Union Territory met the actor out of respect ahead of the civic polls in the state.

Earlier, the party – Vijay’s People Movement announced that they will be contesting in the urban local body elections in Tamil Nadu. The election will reportedly be held on February 19 and the results will be announced on February 22. The Vijay’s People Movement Party has been actively campaigning and the party also announced that it will be using the name and flag of the Vijay’s People Movement for the local elections.
