Dhanush was seen with his wife Aishwarya and two sons Yatra and Linga in the pictures. Earlier in the day, Dhanush had shared wishes for Mahashivratri on his Twitter page. Mallingapuram in Theni district of Tamil Nadu is the hometown of Dhanush's father Kasturi Raja. Dhanush's ancestral temple, the 'Kasturi Mangammaal' temple, is located in Muthuranga Puram, Theni, and the actor visited the place with his family to pray on this special day. Also, fans of Dhanush in the village gave a grand welcome to the star.
Meanwhile, Dhanush is working with 'Pariyerum Perumal' fame director Mari Selvaraj on his next film 'Karnan', and the shooting is underway in Tirunelveli.
