Earlier this year, it was announced that actress Jyothika and director Radha Mohan are coming together for the second time in the upcoming family-drama ‘Kaatrin Mozhi’, which is a remake of the Bollywood superhit film ‘
Tumhari Sulu
’.
According to latest reports, the makers have finally started with the dubbing for the film, which is all set to hit the screens on October 18 this year. Reportedly, actor Vidharth along with the team has started with the dubbing. Vidharth has been roped in to play Jyothika’s husband in the film.
Directed by Radha Mohan, the Tamil version will see Jyothika reprising Vidya’s role of homemaker turned RJ Sulu. Produced by Dhananjayan Govind's BOFTA Media Works, the Telugu actress-host
Lakshmi Manchu will also play a pivotal role. ‘Kaatrin Mozhi’ has music by AH Kaashif, who is making his debut with this one.
The project will also have a cameo played by actor Simbu. ‘Kaatrin Mozhi’, a title taken from the song in ‘Mozhi’, will clash with the Vishal-starrer ‘
Sandakozhi 2
’ at the box office.
